Sangla & Spiti Valley
Recently opened to tourists, Spiti could be called "Little Tibet" because it has almost the same terrain, vegetarian and climate. It is also called "Middle Country" as it lies between Tibet, Ladakh, Lahoul and Hindu country of Kulu-Manali . The beautiful Valleys and high plateaus of Spiti offer very interesting biking with stupendous views of high snow covered mountains and glittering glaciers. There are many important Gompas in the valley like Ki, Thagyud, Kungri, Dhankar and Tabo, which celebrated its millenium recently, which was presided over by his Holiness Dalai Lama.

Day to day description:
  Day 01: Arrival Delhi and transfer to the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi - Chail
    Drive through Chandigarh to the highest cricket field in the world. Stay over night at the famous Chail Palace.
Day 03: Chail - Narkanda
    Start biking along the Old Indo Tibetan Trade route till Narkanda, over night in hotel.
Day 04: Narkanda - Rampur
    Descend down to the Satluj valley and spend overnight in a hotel at Rampur town.
Day 05: Rampur - Sarahan
    Bike along the Satluj and take a 17 Kms diversion to the village of Sarahan. Sarahan is famous for the Bhimkali temple. Overnight in tents.
Day 06: Sarahan - Sangla
    Drop down to the Satluj valley and travel to Sangla, one of the most scenic valleys in Spiti. Overnight in tents.
Day 07: Sangla - Nako Lake
    Bike to the small check post of Nako and camp over night.
Day 08: Nako Lake - Tabo Monastery
    Travel to the 1000 year old Tabo monastery and camp over night.
Day 09: Tabo - Dankar - Kaza
    Bike to Kaza, the district headquarter of Spiti. Camp overnight on the banks of the Spiti River.
Day 10: Kaza - KI - Kibber Monastery - Kaza
    Bike to the highest inhabited village of Asia at Kibber and stop over at the famous Ki monastery on the way down. Camp overnight at Kaza.
Day 11: Kaza - Losar
    Bike to Losar at the Base of the Kunzum Pass
Day 12: Losar - Chattru
    Cross the Kunzum Pass and bike on till the base of Rohtang pass at Chattru.
Day 13: Chattry - Manali
    Cross the Rohtang pass and drop into Kullu valley. Overnight in Hotel in Manali.
Day 14: Manali
    Full day rest at Manali
Day 15: Manali - Delhi
    Driver to Delhi. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 16: Departure from Delhi.
